Birthday card

Made this birthday card for my friend, Patty who loves flowers.    Even though it's January, I hope she enjoys it.     The lily stamp is from Stampa Rosa.

Humorous gals

Had to make a Humorous card for one of my stamping groups and this stamp, called Girlfriends from Art Impressions, was the right stamp. What could be funnier than 4 longtime girlfriends sitting in a hot tub each with a glass of sparkling wine laughing at their own jokes. The verse is from Stampabilities

Iris Folding

I'm so excited to be going to a retreat in Orlando in a couple weeks with a group of eight stampers.    I've never done this before but can hardly wait.     Each of us are going to show ideas of water coloring, using H2O's, lettering, iris folding, knitting, crocheting, and many other things.    Will be a fun five days after meeting each other..  some for the first time.     We are coming from different states, some driving and some flying.    I'm going to show anyone who wants to see how to iris fold and how easy it can be.     To me, this is one of the easiest patterns to do..  a square done in black and white.

Silver Christmas Tree

Wanted to change the color of the Christmas tree so it was different than my daughter's card with the green Christmas tree.

I used heavy silver cardstock for the tree, raised the bottom of each layer with mounting tape and added the red gems.

I layered it on dark green velvet first and more layers of silver, red and green.

Green Christmas Tree

I made this green Christmas tree card for my daughter using a Cheery Lynn Designs die called O Tannenbaum X-mas Tree. I raised the bottom of each layer with mounting tape and added the red gems and changed the star to a bright silver

Triangles and a Dragon

I found a sketch and made it my own. It was easy once I found just the right colors. The sketch came from a group called Oriental Stamp Art. I do not know who made up the sketch.

Son's birthday card

This birthday card was made for my son on his 54th birthday.    Inside verse says Happy Birthday and under that is another verse that says Hope Your Day Is As Fun As Getting A Hole-in-One.

The background is a Marianne Designable embossing die.    The oval is a Cuttlebug folder/die.    The flower is from K&C Company.     An easy card to make for any occasion.
